National Trust Family Build Your Own Nest Box Kit

Build your own Nest Box kit from the National Trust.  Nest boxes provide a safe nesting place for birds to raise chicks during Spring and a warm sheltered space during the cold winter months.  With the loss of natural habitats, garden-based nest boxes are an important part of supporting wild bird populations.  Make sure to put some food out for the birds to encourage them into the garden.

Side opening for easy cleaning

·         All screws, nails, washers and a hanger are included in the kit

·         Roof angled to give protection over the hole and allow water to drain
